Dragon Ice Spikes are created by the breath of Ice Dragons. They damage and knockback anything that walks on them but you won´t get hit when sneaking on them. Unlike the frozen blocks created by Ice Dragon breath, they do not disappear. They destroy items that land on top of them, but the sides do not destroy items.
