Crackled Blocks are a set of blocks created by Lightning Dragon breath.
They can "revert" into their non-crackled versions after a period of time. Whether they'll revert or not can be checked with debug screen.
This behaviour does not seem able to be disabled in configs, and is affected by random tick speed.

Crackled blocks can be obtained by mining them with the proper tools corresponding to their non-crackled versions.
Natural Generation[]
Crackled blocks generate naturally in Lightning Dragon Dragon Roosts and Dragon Dens.
Dragon Breathe[]
Lightning Dragon breath attack will crackle blocks into their crackled versions.
Appearance[]
Crackled blocks look similar to their non-crackled counterparts.
